What exactly does Zilem do to my file?

Is my video re-encoded?

No. Streams are copied — we never touch the pixels or the audio samples.

Which files are supported?

MP4 and MOV (H.264/HEVC). MOV files are remuxed to MP4 automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Any time, from the Plan row in your account panel — it links straight to Whop's own management page for your membership, and that is where you cancel. The manage link in the receipt Whop emails you does the same thing, and staff can always do it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
